Random Loop Vintage Loop Wheel Terry This one is special — a rare fabric knit on century-old machines in Japan—of which only two mills in the world still operate. The process is slow and intentional, producing a fabric that’s soft, loopy, breathable, and built to last. With wear, it only gets better. 100% Cotton.

For this cap, we flipped the loop side out—a nod to the fuzzy tennis ball, with texture you can feel. Finished with a cotton twill sweatband, an encased elastic strap, and hand-embroidered logo detail. Made in a small Japanese factory with six decades of hatmaking history.
