Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We offer standard and express shipping for every order. Currently we are shipping to the United States, for international shipping inquiries please reach out to help@spence.us.

A shipping confirmation, with tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.

LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered but you have not yet received it, we recommend waiting 48 hours. If you have still not received your order, please contact help@spence.us. Please select a secure shipping location for your order. Spence cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery,

Spence is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as inclement weather, carrier service disruptions, or customs delays.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

At Spence, our goal is for you to love your gear. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund or for store credit. You may also exchange your order for a different color or size.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any items returned that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@spence.us. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items purchased on sale are final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for the return or exchange policy.

Order Status

To check the status of your order, please refer to the most recent email you have received from help@spence.us. If you have not received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation, please contact us.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

If you do not see your order confirmation email, please refer to your Spam and Junk folders. You can also search for our email, help@spence.us. If it’s still nowhere to be found, please contact us.
